                                                   Print out my free template and cut it out

                                                 

                                                         Trace the pattern onto cardboard

                                                   

                                                                              Cut it out

              

 Cover it  with duck  tape or contact paper add ribbon if you would like.  I have also used cardstock paper and placed Mod Pod on top of it and that worked fine also
